Some will look at this pic & think I’m too muscular & veiny (some others will think it’s weaksauce) but see last pic when I’m relaxing next to grandma. Hopefully you see adding muscle doesn’t mean you will look bulky or masculine 24/7. You don’t have to be afraid of looking like the Incredible Hulk unless you work VERY hard to develop that look specifically or you walk around holding dumbbells all day long
Even though I LIKE the look of muscle, I only look all pumped up when I’m lifting or flexing.
Muscle increases your fat burning metabolism & changes your curves to where they SHOULD be, helps your abs come out from hiding, and MANY MANY health benefits.
