A Work In Progress
Deadlifts & toes to bar!! And yes, I know I still swing too much!!.. hence the title “work in progress”
And yes, this one was sped up unlike the last video I posted.
Here was the workout:
10 deadlifts, 10 toes to bar
9 deadlifts, 9 toes to bar
8 deadlifts, 8 toes to bar
And so on until you reach 1
No breaks if you can help it!
Warmup before & stretch after, of course! And I used 115 lbs. If *toes to the bar* is too tough, bring your knees up to your elbows instead.
