Favorite *protein* bar?? As the protein bar connoisseur that I am I thought I would let you know this Fit Joy Frosted Cinnamon Roll from GNC is pretty good The Quest bars (the Double Chocolate Chunk because it’s sweetened with stevia) are still my go-to though!

Meal after a late workout

How about you.. do you still eat a MEAL afterwards if it’s a late workout?? For me when it’s a late workout (see last video post) & late dinner, I just do my vegan chocolate mint shakeology. High in muscle-building protein, low glycemic & shakeology is made up of 3-4 servings of fruits and veggies
