Why do some people workout consistently… & then just STOP? I’m not judging, I’m just asking what the most common reasons are? (Fitting in strength 35 & staying accountable with my performance Shift group! )
Maybe everyone already does this? For lounging & sleeping, I love the soft cheap leggings from Forever 21 & then I just cut slits in them . If you screw them up, at least you’re only out $10-$15
It’s not about ideas as much as it is about making ideas happen! Right ?! Don’t be afraid to get it all wrong. You learn the fastest from failure.
