What I do

I strength train 4-6 days/week depending on the week & how busy or sore I am. Some days my strength training might just be core (along w/my cardio). You just shouldn’t strength train the same muscle groups on consecutive days… They need to repair/recover the day after they were trained.  

Small Quick Meal

You like? So this was one of my quick, small meals earlier today .. Ezekiel wrap (found in your grocery store freezer section), low sodium tuna (made with red onion, nonfat plain Greek yogurt), slivered almonds, greens & grape tomatoes !🍅
