Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to look a certain way. Be inspired to be your best YOU but it’s a waste of your time to get down about your current body composition or fitness level.
Your current body is a result of what you’ve been doing in the PAST- i.e. the past weeks, months, years. It’s NOT a reflection of your where you’re headed in the future if you take action NOW. So get busy moving forward:)
