Peanut Butter Bites
/in Blog, Eat Clean, Food Inspiration, Shakeology /by Jenelle SummersUse as pre-workout or to satisfy your PB craving, or to replace your addiction to protein bars with an all-natural, low sugar, homemade option. And kids love them too!
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in large bowl:
- 1 cup Just Great Stuff powdered PB (or PB2. Both available at Amazon.com)
- 1/2 cup all-natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 6 packets Stevia
- 1 scoop superfood Vanilla Shakeology
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
Mix well. Form into golf-ball sized bites. Freeze for 1-2 hrs and keep frozen.
When you want one, let it stand for 30 seconds to thaw a little.
Makes ~12-15. They’re ~80-100 calories each and ~8g protein.

This one I’ve DRENCHED in sweat is Nike. Some workout tops are SO tight that any bit of flab shows.. No thank u! Others are SO loose, you look 20lbs heavier.
I think I want one of these in every color! On a shopping spree Matt today celebrating our anniversary and these are on my list!

Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to look a certain way. Be inspired to be your best YOU but it’s a waste of your time to get down about your current body composition or fitness level.
Your current body is a result of what you’ve been doing in the PAST- i.e. the past weeks, months, years. It’s NOT a reflection of your where you’re headed in the future if you take action NOW. So get busy moving forward:)
