1. 3 min run (70-80% max speed)
2. 30 kettlebell swings
3. 15 decline pushups
4. 30 toe touches on step
5. 15 kettlebell push jerks ea arm
6. 30 up, up, down, down stair runs
7. 15 tricep dips or tricep pushups

Took me about 25 min. That 3rd Round was SLOW for me 😅 You doin it???

Ezekiel Wrap Pizza

THIS WAS STRAIGHT MONEY! In less than 10 minutes! I’ve heard you want to see more food (btw, I show more food in IG stories)!

Here’s what this is:

🍕 Preheat oven to 450°
🍕 Spray a cookie baking sheet/pan
🍕 Place an Ezekiel wrap on it & bake 3-4 minutes
🍕 Add your toppings! I added pizza sauce, arugula 🌿, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes🍅, & black olives😍

If you’re adding cheese or toppings that need to be melted, place it back in the oven for a couple minutes.

When I did a poll, I was SHOCKED how many have back pain of some kind😲! I highly recommend following @ docjenfit on IG & other accounts that focus on mobility and physical therapy, but get it diagnosed first.

These lacrosse balls are SO good for some of the knots & muscle spasms I have👌🏼

Workout Variety

Yes I have a Peloton! I also run, row, CrossFit, and make up my own workouts.

I just LOVE different things; fitness is like a sport to me!

I LOVE to mix things up in between BB programs.

I think there’s this misconception that you can’t be a BB coach unless that’s the ONLY workouts you ever do.

Nothing wrong with it if it IS all you do. And there’s nothing wrong if that’s NOT the only thing you ever do.

Right?! 🤷🏼‍♀️☺️🙌🏼

It’s kinda CRAZY to me how much others’ opinions – a friend, a spouse, a co-worker- impact our perspective and decisions …and then OUR LIVES. I wouldn’t be where I am today had I listened to so many nay sayers when I started this business. They were uninformed non-dreamer types who also don’t know my drive and work ethic.

Thank God I knew enough to check FACTS & then just get to work!

“Well good luck with THAT” was fuel to my fire🔥They didn’t know the hurdles I’ve overcome in the past and what I can accomplish if I get focused!

Ever see an email, DM or text that causes you even the slightest anxiety so you head straight to the pantry or fridge to find comfort food?? 👩‍💻🍫

I’ve done that SO many times🙋🏼‍♀️ Obviously the answer isn’t in another snack/treat/drink (whatever your indulgence is).

I’ve learned to stop WALKING AWAY (towards food) and instead feel the emotion and just deal with the situation as best I can …& give myself permission to do so imperfectly… because I don’t always know the RIGHT/BEST way and that’s OK. Right?!

Procrastination isn’t my friend and unfortunately chips & guac won’t solve the problem!☺️ You with me on this??

How many mugs of coffee are you consuming per day?! How much sugar is in your creamer? 🧐

No judgement here☝🏼 ..especially not from me who has the bad habit of adding whip (WARNING⚠️: addicting) I just think it’s an important discussion😁.

I usually have one ☕️ in the a.m. and one in the afternoon ☕️ . I’m not advocating that☺️, I’m just sharing my truth. At night I do decaf coffee or Organifi hot cocoa.

If you’re using a creamer that’s higher in sugar, it could be spiking your insulin & setting off your cravings for the day🤦🏼‍♀️ leading you to snack/graze even though you’re not truly hungry🥨🍪🍫.

Or is it your cereal & milk setting you off?? Or maybe the drive-thru latte, or the sweetened oatmeal?

And the earning potential? I was like NO WAY, not possible😂! I didn’t get it …so I initially filled my brain with pre-conceived notions to reject what I thought was NOT a REAL business. But then I asked Q’s, understood the facts, & went ALL IN.

I started at ground zero. NO time -a mom working my full time job. NO following. NO extra $ to spare.

I didn’t START with this awesome squad. And I wasn’t on social media either.

I didn’t START with a transformation. I didn’t START with a CLUE of what to do and I certainly was NOT making sales out of the gate. NOPE, none of the above☺️.

I just FREAKIN STARTED & stayed ridiculously consistent despite LIFE happening at every turn. I put my head down 🙇🏼‍♀️before and after my REAL job☺️and took it 1 day at a time. I didn’t try to compare myself to others or fit a mold.

I was disorganized, awkward, & made a $hit TON of mistakes. It was messy🤪 & sometimes it still is!☺️ But I learned so that I could shortcut the process for others🏃‍♀️

But if you’re not going for what you WANT, taking risks, falling & getting back up, girrrrrl…. what are you ACTUALLY doing?! 🤔If you feel you’re missing something, you probably ARE. Your comfort zone is comfortable, but it’s also either very stressful or BORING😒which is FINE if it’s all for a better end in sight, but is there??🧐

I knew I could develop my OWN thing but WHY put my self thru that STRESS🤦🏼‍♀️ when this is MUCH faster & i can make it my OWN .. not to mention a proven successful business model! A comment below to get more info is step 1 😉

p.s. I Thank God I get to do this with my husband💗, fueled by this beautiful team of LEADERS that grows DAILY👭👭 and serving all of you!🙏🏻 But you don’t need to have that to START.
