I’m obsessed with off-the-shoulder tops, always have been, always will be

People ask me where I get them & I don’t get them from any ONE particular store- they’re everywhere.

If it’s not meant to be worn off-the-shoulder, like this one (it’s an OLD Lululemon top), then I either cut it or stretch it out to be!

What was your workout today??

I just did one round of this today, in addition to my lifting, but I’d say most of you would want to do 2-3 rounds! One round takes 10 minutes (duh obviously)

If you don’t have access to a rower, do a 1-min sprint or 1-minute of mountain climbers instead (anything that drives your heart rate up in 1 minute). Always warmup first

Is this ALL I had tonight? No. I had just drank a Chocolate Recover an hour earlier (clean BCAAs & protein) and for dessert, a spoonful of Coconut Butter Spread in Vanilla Cake Batter flavor

What makes someone an “athlete”?

What makes someone an “athlete”, in your opinion??

All I know is …ballerinas – the excellent ones – are amazing athletes. I need to watch the documentary of Misty Copeland!

I know a bit about her story & I’ve been told I’ll be able to relate to the “you can’t make it as a ballerina” line I was fed too! I love that Oxygen featured her as an athlete & healthy role model ! Can’t wait to read this!

Intermittent Fasting

Make that “did it anyway” ..Monday is complete Day 3 of trying Intermittent Fasting.

I’m trying out a 8 hour eating window. I really do NOT know if this will be something I’ll want to continue or not ..after hearing & reading some research on the health of it, I’m just going to give it a shot & see how I feel with it. If over time it makes me feel too restricted, I’ll stop. I don’t want to live my life feeling too restricted.. even if it means I’ll never have a 6-pack.

Last time I tried it, I only made it 3hrs… so 3 days is a PR
