I don’t know why Tank is surprised I’m eating Nikki’s Vanilla Cake Batter Coconut Butter Spread again .

And #1 question is always “what do you put it on?” to which I answer “a spoon ” I’ve put it in my Shakeology before but I’d rather savor it by itself. And the #2 question is always “where can I get it?” to which I answer “Amazon”.

BEWARE: Not everyone agrees this is amazing. My parents thought this tasted horrible !!

Nike AirPresto Shoes

How CUTE are these Nike AirPresto shoes my 14yr old son bought me for my Bday?!

But seriously, the very BEST part is that he spent so much time researching the best pair of shoes over the last few weeks.. I know this because he kept asking me questions about shoe styles I like, colors I like, etc. He used his own money of course too, which he always insists on doing. He really takes gift giving seriously & did his research & that thoughtfulness makes me so proud!

Veggie Wrap with Hummus

After all I’ve read about the carcinogens in processed meat, I just avoid it all together now. In fact, I rarely eat meat now. I never was a big meat eater anyway. I’m not 💯 % vegan (we get some grass-finished products from Butcher Box grass-finished products) but I kinda eat like one

Go-to for total body strength & cardio…in under 30 min

What’s your go-to for total body strength & cardio ..in under 30 min ?!

If you don’t have access to a rower, any other cardio that you can do all out for 1 min will work (spinning, jump rope, front/back/side kicks, there & back sprint, elliptical, etc)

This is a great one if you just need a quick cardio & strength all in one (takes ~20 min) but don’t need to kill yourself & don’t need an intense lifting day. Do an extra interval of 30 Russian Twists with med ball🏀 (right + left = 2) for extra credit points🌟

RECIPE:
1 cup Ice
1 cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop “shakeo boost Power Greens”
1 packet Vanilla Shakeology (Vegan or whey)
1/4 Avocado (for healthy fats & creaminess)
1 T Flavor God Chocolate Donut 🍩
Tiny drops of peppermint extract
Optional Stevia or sweetener of choice

Blend in a blender of course 😉 If you like it less thick, add a little water to the blender.

I love the quote “your journey begins at the end of your comfort zone” because it’s SO true!!!

When you hear yourself saying “that didn’t feel right to me, so I stopped” ask yourself if it was simply because you were finally making a change – stepping outside your comfort zone- and since that is HARD and uncomfortable, you legitimized the “I quit”.

I’m not saying it’s always the case. But too often I see people (& myself included) giving up on things because “it didn’t feel right” when in fact, anything outside your comfort zone, anything new/unknown, doesn’t really feel good for awhile ..and yet that’s where the magic happens💫.

I used to see women who did fitness full time & think “that’s great for them”. I assumed I’d NEVER be able to make a full time living working flex hours at home, doing what I love. I made a whole slew of assumptions & excuses as to why that wasn’t for me.
