Had an awesome time with my mom & grandma at a Mothers Day Daughter & Granddaughter luncheon event my grandma’s assisted living home held today. She’s 92 and yet, she’ll talk to you about J.Lo, hairstyles, and what’s on sale at Kohl’s☺️. I don’t take her or these visits for granted.

Just do it now…

Didn’t feel like working out but just 30 minutes of lifting felt great once I got started, & an even better feeling to be done. #justdoitnow

 

Clean Treats

These cleantreats were SO good! Feel free to share!

It made 6 but Matt & I each had already ate one! 🙌🏼

RECIPE (you could double it):
•2 Tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
•1 Tbsp Almond Butter
•2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
•1 Serving Shakeology (I like chocolate vegan)

Mix in a bowl, form into 6 balls & freeze for at least 1 hour. Perfect sweet, nutritious, no sugar added, clean treat👌🏼for you & the family!

20 Minute Interval Workout

Here was mine today, per your request ☝🏼😊 (see last post). This workout is TOUGH if you do it with a challenging Kettlebell weight and really run *your* fastest 3-min loop🏃‍♀️! I used a 35lb Kettlebell & this video is obviously sped up. It’s only 20min’s, so make the most of it

Tuna Salad on Coconut Wraps

This was Tuna salad on coconut wraps (by NuCo on Amazon).

In the Tuna Salad: Wild Planet brand Wild Caught Tuna, 1/2 Avocado & 2 T of Feta Cucumber Dip (sold Fresh Thyme Market here in Toledo).

It made enough for 3 wraps so I gave one to Matt. He thinks a 6’5″ guy should get the 2🤔I think I could’ve eaten 3 😆but I was nice to share😇 & he should be grateful☝🏼

This is where I spent the majority of my day today, like any other day now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

But.. this isn’t luck, I specifically decided, committed & worked for this over time – thru the unknown, thru fear, thru failures, thru others negative judgement that this at-home fitness coaching business wouldn’t work.

I wasn’t on social media, I’m not a salesperson, I don’t have any amazing transformation story, I’m an introvert, & I don’t like the camera. Yes, I have fitness cert’s but most don’t because we’re providing accountability & support, NOT prescribing workouts or meal plans.

So how’d I make it successful? Passion, work ethic, & strong reasons I wanted to make a living from home 🏡with my preferred hours and life priorities.

My point is, basically anyone who wants to do this for the right reasons & the long term commitment, can see great success ☝🏼😊

Even if you’re not worried about weight loss but have interest in things like inflammation, probiotics & other supplements, hormone issues, and cancer, you must hear 239-242.

Love my new strappy tank I bought this morning to support the 555fitness organization/charity! They’re just $25 & fit just like my Lululemon that’s probably twice as much☺️. And with these sport bras, a good backless T is always in order ☝🏼🎯😊.
