How late is TOO late to drink pre-workout & workout, in your world?

After 5+ hrs driving & an all day Lacrosse tournament in the cold, I just wanna eat dinner and sit by the fire. But I know if I just drink my pre-workout, I’ll take the 30-45min to workout (THEN eat dinner & sit by the fire🔥..feeling accomplished). Life choices!!😉👊🏼

Improve Your Trouble Zones

Seeing some definition in these legs is super surprising but exciting to me. It only shows up in certain lights though!😏 My legs and booty are where my body stores fat, then it goes to my abs… my arms pretty much stay on the leaner side. ☝🏼Where your body stores fat & tends to build muscle more easily is a matter of GENETICS. But even given genetics, you can certainly still significantly *improve* the appearance of your “trouble zones” with nutrition & training & patience!

 

Built In Fat Burners

Skipping leg day because you want to lose fat first?!?!

No no no. Those leg muscles are some of your BEST built in fat burners.

Some* of what I did for leg day last night. I was using my iPhone remote to film these & not every exercise can safely be done while simultaneously holding that thing down😆. Stop Comparing to Others

Regardless.. my point is, attitude & self confidence is freakin everything, right?

Whether it pertains to your fitness, your business, your career, etc., you have to get in YOUR lane and run your own race. Shift your mindset to one of appreciating the chance to learn so much on the journey.

Be In Tune With Your Body

What’s your workout today friends??

I’m trying some easy incline push-ups & some Lunges in the kitchen. I’m not myself yet but I think I’m ready for a light workout today or tomorrow👏🏼.

Always just do what you can & according to Doctors orders. Get out of the all or nothing mentality. If you’re injured or recovering from something, be in tune with your body and just do what makes sense. In most cases, using your muscles is good, so do something☝🏼

They’re not SO sweet & high in sugar that you throw yourself off track eating an entire bag. They’re just crunchy & just-enough-sweetness, in my opinion. We bought them at our local “Fresh Market” but I bet you could order online too

Congratulations, Cory!

Omg, it’s OFFICIAL!!! I’m ecstatic because Cory Miller is one of my dearest friends !! Will you please help me congratulate her on becoming Million Club earner in her Coaching business??

Between her business & her husband’s coaching business, they hit this milestone some time ago, but now Cory’s business has NAILED IT🎯 on its own.

Cory would be the first to credit her team and her husband’s support! Cory is humble in her success and she’s always looking to just stay the course no matter what curveballs life throws her way (girlfriend is NOT a quitter; if it’s meaningful to her, she’ll find a way), be authentically herself, and always lead with such honesty! She always knows the details on things (unlike me🙈😆) and is SO good with teaching and trainings. Oh and she does SO much to mentor and reward her team as well… it’s truly awesome to watch!
