Discipline is about doing the activities which take you closer to your best life, even when those activities are the last thing in the WORLD you feel like doing. Don’t allow distractions & don’t negotiate with yourself… find a way and just do it.

Do Something Daily

30 minutes was all I did, or needed, today! How about you?

Some days it’s more & some days it’s less. Depends on the day – my time, how I feel, what’s NOT too sore😆, etc. The main thing is to do SOMETHING active daily bcuz after several days off, the habit starts to wear off & then you risk losing your mojo altogether

As soon as I have more time, I’ll….

3. “After I’ve got my ducks in a row, I’ll _____.”

Which one have you said?

I’ve said all these things at one time or another to legitimize what was actually fear of failure or judgement. But now I realize there never really is the perfect time, the perfect situation, and all the ducks never stay in a row. There’s ALWAYS something that will come up.

Once you accept that your mindset & actions will determine your success, rather than your perceived weaknesses and obstacles, I have no doubt you’ll make a decision to start ..and commit to the inevitably-imperfect journey. You just have to trust the process is teaching you exactly what you need.

Who got their workout in already?!

Matt and I just finished RipSanity, which was the Day 5 workout of Shaun T’s “Shaun Week” on Beachbody on Demand.

This has been such a great series of workouts that are tough 🤤, which I love!!

If you don’t have Beachbody on Demand (BOD) & a coach, I highly recommend that. Who doesn’t need accountability? Even trainers need accountability. Who doesn’t need a tough workout they can do anywhere at anytime?

Don’t Strive To Fit In

.. and mondays. I’m not concerned about what everyone else is doing☝🏼☺️

Don’t strive to fit in. Don’t be a follower. Be a leader. I don’t want to be associated with having a lot of followers. I’d MUCH RATHER be associated with developing a lot of LEADERS.

So much of what contributes to success in fitness, in your career or business, in relationships, etc, are the little extra steps we take each day behind-the-scenes, the inconvenient, life-out-of-balance, sometimes-scary-steps that compound into something significant over time⌛️.
