Webinar-ready on top,  workout-ready on bottom, and I have my flip flops on so I’m pedicure-ready!  I may get some mean stares but I have goals, lots of people I aim to help daily & bigger concerns than how others might judge me. I hope you are on your own mission too!

I created a video today “a day in the life of a Beachbody coach ” And I was saying in the video how I’ll have this left-over salad and shakeo on the drive home from the lake while reading messages from my team (of course Matt is driving).. but this morning we also waterskied 🚤—<|🏄, wake surfed, worked out & chilled. Tried to catch it all on video.

My life is by NO means even remotely perfect & ‘ish still happens no matter what my level of success or income, but I do LOVE what I do. In the video, I showed my not-so-cute early morning, unedited self & explained what I do from the time I wake up.

Easy Pizza

This is one of my all-time favorite healthy and super easy meals!!

Are you eating too MUCH …or too little??

TunaBoth can sabotage results! Believe me I know! At one time years ago, I wasn’t eating enough ..was practically starving myself. Now I estimate calories to ensure I’m getting ENOUGH to fuel my workouts, my muscles, my metabolism, my energy (& honestly, I usually go over the amt of food my body actually needs ..bcuz I LOVE food & i’m not afraid to overeat a little if it’s at least healthy). But don’t just take note of what *I eat, EVERYONE’s needs for total calories and carbs, proteins & fats are unique! And GOALS are unique!

For lunch I had this plus 2 hrs later I had a chocolate chunk quest bar..totaling roughly 600 calories & packed with good carbs, protein & healthy fats (there’s 1/4 avocado on that tuna sandwich made w/an Ezekiel English muffin). I didn’t get in my veggies, but I’ll easily get in 6 servings by tonight with my Shakeology & salad later (Shakeology has 3-4 servings of fruits & vegetable superfoods).

If you’re DIALING INTO your nutrition HARD because you want great results FASTER, I’d recommend counting macros or using the Portion Fix meal plan (container system making counting macros easier) which comes with programs like 21DF or Hammer & Chisel

Tabatas Circuits

TabataWould you have walked by (we got some dirty looks) or jumped in??

Me, Chalene, Molly Richards & Jen Delvaux doing a TABATA in Maui.

A Tabata is 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds rest ..8 times (= 4 minutes ) so we ended up doing 4 different Tabata Circuits with a few minutes rest between each Tabata ..to total about 20 min. Are you confused yet?!Sorry!

️There are LOTS of different ways to do Tabatas–the main thing is the 20 on, 10 sec off ratio. Here are just 2 of the Tabatas Circuits. And we lifted weights in the gym for about 30min too!

My usualDiscipline is about doing (and consuming) what you don’t necessarily want now to get what you DO want later (energy, muscle, fuel, ..RESULTS) Right? Who’s willing to overcome temptations now to feel AMAZING later!?!

Vacation

Beachbody familySomeone asked me if this was a Beachbody trip and no, we are all just friends on vacation with our families ..but we ARE all Beachbody coaches, even our husbands (everyone except Bret & my sister because Chalene can’t, since she’s a Beachbody celebrity trainer & has her own business anyway).

There’s no doubt about it none of us could’ve just picked up & booked a spontaneous family vacation like this if we were all still in our previous careers. It took time, consistency, belief & passion over the course of years, but SO worth it! And we love what we do anyway!

Need a quick HIIT for tmrw???

Go all out with no break for each set of 30 reps. Take a 10 second break in between. Do 3-4 rounds depending on your time & fitness level. Use a step bench or weight bench if you don’t have a ‪‎bosuball‬. Warmup first.
