My afternoon meal was AMAZING!

This was 380 calories, 29g protein, 8g sugars …but 7 of those from superfood fruits in Shakeology & 1g in the PB. Counts are excluding the mini brownie crumbles bcuz it was so little (if you’re still concerned, do leaps across the kitchen while u blend🏃) -see Carolyn Bydlowski Hasley for a great ‪#‎fitbrownie‬ recipe.

Here is the Recipe

  • 1.5 Cups Ice
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Caramel PB
  • 3 Stevia Packets

See your focusThis may sound dumb🙄, but I really think it’s important to wear a sleeveless top when you’re working your upper body, and shorts when you’re working lower body.

I think it’s highly effective that you SEE your muscles working💪👀!

It helps you realize you ARE working those muscles, maybe helping you isolate better, and if you have a mirror (I love our huge ‪#‎ikea‬ mirrors that just lay on the floor against the wall -$100), you might see muscles you didn’t know you had😳👏!

It’s that little taste of progress that can motivate you to keep going!👊

Mocha cafe latteThis mocha cafe latte recipe is extra good after a ‪#‎sweatfest‬💦 I don’t work out for HOURS a day but I do usually get in a total of an hour🏻
Today was:
75 Double Unders
25 kipping Pull-Ups
3 Rounds of that in 13 minutes🔥
+ 3 mile run + 20 min Lifting💪

This was my quick lunch today in case healthy food pics inspire you to eat better!
I don’t do tuna often but in a time crunch, this is great! Low sodium tuna, mixed with a little mustard & plain Greek yogurt (instead of mayo👌), tomatoes🍅 & some guacamole on a toasted Ezekiel muffin. DELISH!😍

All I know is you have to make a difficult (possibly scary) decision & then COMMIT like never before! If you feel like you just keep repeating the same vicious cycle, it’s time to take action.

You’re not stuck in your job.
You’re not stuck in your business.
You’re not stuck in a bad relationship.
You’re not stuck in your fitness.

I used to think “I could never attain that life” and I made up all kinds of excuses due to my introvert personality, my work hours, my disorganization, & my financial constraints. What I finally said was “I need to CREATE that life for myself”. No one is responsible for that but me. 🙋

There is always SOMETHING you can do or try that will give you a positive and exciting change. ‪#‎JustDoIt‬

Thankful

My 13 yr old son knows me well😍!
The fact that he walked to Starbucks in this FREEZING weather & bought this stuff with his own money & his own idea without Matt or a teacher telling him to — makes this mom proud! 🙏

He’s not into art or writing (he’s dyslexic & avoids writing at all costs) but he still finds ways to say he’s grateful!

Matt came thru with 2 pairs of sweet Nikes👟👟 so he’s on my good side right now too😁
