I chose to not fit in my workout yesterday as we were hosting family & I had higher priorities with family.

TIP: If your goal is to workout 5 days a week, aim for 6 & you’ll likely reach 5. I aim for 7 days a week & I usually reach 6.

The Grind Includes Fridays

Just StartHere’s what I did:
1/2 mile warmup
1 mile steady speed
5 hill sprints
1 mile steady speed
Walk & stretch

1 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 Scoop Chocolate Chill Recovery
1 Scoop Shakeology Boost Power Greens
A couple drops mint extract
1/2 Banana.

The marshmallows were just FUN and for looks but they weren’t mint.. turns out they were KEY LIME flavor ! I guess that’s a good idea for my next shake! LOL
