Today was a running and back day. I did 3 sets of these rows with 45# dumbbells, among other things like cablerows and lat PullDowns then a 30min run followed by my stretch & shake.

These coaches & friends motivate/inspire me! CEO Carl Daikeler & Celebrity Trainer Autumn Calabrese flew in to be a part of our Super Saturday with 750 others here in TOLEDO!

We were SO grateful to have them & to do Autumn’s NEW 21-Day Fix Extreme workout (launching Feb 2)!

And HUGE THANK YOU to all those amazingly kind people who volunteered to help & all those who came!!

And the BIG NEWS was that Beachbody is incorporating digital functionality into the Club membership!! With a Club membership, you’ll be able to do the BB programs from your phone, tablets, iPads, laptops, etc!! As an Elite Coach, I’ll be testing it out. Stay tuned..

She’s a mom of 2 that was able to retire her Full-time career to be more present with her little ones while doing something she’s passionate about! heart emoticon

I Didn't Have Time EitherDo you workout morning or night?

I highly recommend morning to get it off your plate. Text a workout partner to get each other up. But if you miss your morning workout, create a 20-30 minute window elsewhere & make it non-negotiable… Turn on some music & start drinking your Energy & Endurance so you get in the mood. You may think you’re too tired & maybe you are, but push play and decide 5-10 minutes into it. Chances are you just needed to START.

You could also make these Vegan by using Vegan cheese & Black Bean Burger instead of Turkey. What other ideas???

This little lunch Matt made me is is NOT one you’ll find in my #foodspiration ebook, because it’s a @fitmencook recipe! This was SO good!

I’d estimate them to be about 150 calories & approx 10grams of protein each. As you can see, I ate 2.

Those are mini carrots, so don’t let them throw off your perception of size

RECIPE:

-Wash & Slice Sweet Potato for the tops & bottoms
-Layer baby spinach, 1 slice turkey, 1/4 slice cheese, slice of tomato, drop of BBQ sauce.
-Use a skewer to hold the goodness in!
-Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees on a foiled & sprayed cookie sheet.

*TIP: Bake the slider tops by putting them directly on the cookie sheet rather than on top of the slider. They don’t cook as thoroughly on top of the slider. Watch @fitmencook make them on his IG account!
