I cut the Ezekiel wrap like a pizza first & place it on a cookie sheet that I’ve sprayed with non/stick spray. Top with whatever you like & put in the oven at 450 until the edges are a bit brown & crunchy looking (5-10min). I used organic pizza sauce, turkey burger, red onion, reduced-fat cheese, baby spinach & a side of sweet salsa! About 450 calories including salsa & ~35g protein!

Anyway, I love to try new yoga & gymnast things even tho I’ve had zero training in either one..I just get inspired by all of you! So if this inspires you to try, pay it forward & challenge someone else!

Luckily fooling around with new fitness stuff & posting on social media is called “work” when you’re a Beachbody coach. Why did I spend so many yearrs in HR at a desk working to build someone else’s business?!

By the way, these are NOT mine.. I’m not even sure these are women’s? I might want PINK!  I think these are the new Nike #Lunarlon but aren’t out til Fall.

I love a colored pair vs black or white but ANY new pair of shoes or apparel brings motivation, right?!

My plan was to take a picture doing a one-handed handstand until I realized I can’t do one. I was inspired to TRY thanks to my good friend @mindylawhorne ! But she makes them look easy!
