This swordfish & Papaya Salsa at Prime 112 in South Beach was SO good! We were treating the team for dinner just before Kourtney Kardashian came in!

The food was EXCELLENT!! I highly recommend Prime 112 if you’re ever in South Beach!

High protein, healthy & quick!! Organic quinoa, wild caught tuna, tomatoes, chopped onion & avocado! If you don’t have tomatoes, add salsa. If you don’t have avocado, add hummus!

This was lunch today!! Last day of the UR & feeling great!

As you can see, I don’t follow the exact recipes-of-the-day but I eat within it according to time & fresh stuff I have on hand. Chocolate Mint vegan shakeo saves me!

This is TOTALLY do-able for me even given my big appetite & dislike of meal plans, & I’m not Hangry in the least

What’s your go-to??

This is their Classic oats but WITHOUT the dried fruit added in (they add sugar to their dried fruit.. it has 22g sugar) so I just sweetened it with stevia from my purse. In a time crunch, I think this is a decent option as a snack when you need carbs.

Add a *half* package of Chocolate shakeo for more nutrient-dense, superfood calories & protein. A lot of Starbucks other options are either too high in sugar, or HIGH sodium (which makes me feel bloated & off track), or high in bad carbs, ..or all of the above.

Needed a Warm Up

warm upNo, this was not dinner silly! This was just an evening snack!
I was sooo chilled after my freezing cold run🏃💨 & shake tonight that I needed some hot decaf coffee (yah, with WHIP lemme have a lil fun🎉) & some hot edamame🌱!!
We had Pizza last night & I ate a ridiculous amount as I usually do.. without guilt because I rarely splurge big like that & it was planned. But today I needed to get back on track

Salted Caramel

My afternoon meal was AMAZING!

This was 380 calories, 29g protein, 8g sugars …but 7 of those from superfood fruits in Shakeology & 1g in the PB. Counts are excluding the mini brownie crumbles bcuz it was so little (if you’re still concerned, do leaps across the kitchen while u blend🏃) -see Carolyn Bydlowski Hasley for a great ‪#‎fitbrownie‬ recipe.

  • 1.5 Cups Ice
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Caramel PB
  • 3 Stevia Packets

3 Rounds of that in 13 minutes🔥
+ 3 mile run + 20 min Lifting💪

This was my quick lunch today in case healthy food pics inspire you to eat better!
I don’t do tuna often but in a time crunch, this is great! Low sodium tuna, mixed with a little mustard & plain Greek yogurt (instead of mayo👌), tomatoes🍅 & some guacamole on a toasted Ezekiel muffin. DELISH!😍
