But today I’ll focus on a little cardio & arms!
Btw, and I’m sure you already know this, but there are different body types (ectomoroh, mesomorph & endomorph are commonly used categories) & usually you’re not an EXACT MATCH for 1 group or it’s hard for you to tell because you’re a mix of 2 types. But for anyone trying to achieve a certain look, I think it’s important to understand how each body type responds differently to certain meal plans & training regimens.
