It’s a bit chewy/soft & takes on whatever taste YOU season it with. I cut it into small cubes, put in a skillet with EVOO or coconut oil, & I usually flavor it with Flavor God & Liquid Bragg’s Aminos.

I give it about 5 min or so to heat and brown. You can put it on anything but I love it in salads & tacos

It’s so good. Finally NOT another Kale salad ! I may have found a new favorite place to pick up salads ( Piata in Toledo) ! I asked them for no dressing. This is spinach, grilled chicken, feta, tomatoes, red onion, & green apple . Delishhh

My normal routine is to have an apple OR raspberries as one of my snacks & I usually have a half banana (in my shakeo) and I drink Shakeology daily (which automatically has 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables in it by itself). So all that adds up to 3-4 servings of fruit per day. Yeah me I’m pretty happy with that By most meal plans, a half banana is a serving of fruit. I don’t use a full banana due to its higher sugar content.
