Be in tune with yourself
Sometimes I can wake up feeling SO lean, fit, strong and on my game ..and then end that same day feeling like I gained 5lbs & I’m all OFF my game, even though I’m totally ON my game. WHY?
Food sensitivities & even some fruits and veggies can really bloat you!
what triggers what. Commit to the journey, trust the process but don’t place all this crazy emphasis on the # on the scale, your abs, or your jeans feeling tight…you probably JUST washed them! The last minute you wore them they were all stretched out from the day! (I’m so guilty of all of forgetting that too)
