Super Saturday Success!

Coaches.. how was your SuperSaturday? Our Toledo event, hosted by my good friend and STAR DIAMOND coach Cory  was OFF THE CHARTS! Inspiration, energy, NEW social media training from Meg Wiczynski-Fitaddicted, transformation stories, amazing financial success stories (esp from Krystal Bland) PLUS a LIVE Turbo workout RIGHT INTO ShaunT’s new *FOCUS T25* workout! The T25 workout is a series of intense cardio & strength dvd’s that get it ALL DONE in 25 minutes a day! It releases this summer! Favorite Workout Time

What is your favorite workout time?  Mine is definitely the 9am hour! It can’t always happen at that time, but that’s my wheelhouse! For years working a 9-5 I had no choice; at least now I have more choices and flexibility. Until then, you’ve gotta just do it when you can! And believe me, I’ve been there!

Leg Day

Are you afraid to lift heavy with your legs (due to a fear of bulking)? If you want your legs to be lean and strong, take your “leg day” seriously. My legs are smaller but leaner even though I’m lifting heavier than I had for years. Those are LARGE muscles which means they’re big fat burners! You get leaner ALL OVER (yes, abs too)! Of course you have to simultaneously pay attention to your nutrition and be incorporating HIIT workouts too 😉

Get it Done!

Did you get it done yet today? I know you may feel too tired, too sore, too busy. But take time out to move and do what you CAN do! Ok, my run is done and now on to a big day at Disney!

You aren’t skipping meals, are you?

You’re not skipping breakfast or ANY meals are you?? I know it can be frustrating when you want results FAST and it’s tempting to just deprive yourself, but long-term that will backfire into faster weight gain and a slower fat-burning metabolism. Eat a rainbow (skittles & Fruit Loops don’t count..lol). This is egg whites (5 servings from 100% liquid organic egg whites -25g protein) plus red & yellow peppers, reduced fat feta and salsa. Yumm!!

Insanity Burnout T-Shirt

I love this Insanity burnout t-shirt!! It is outline stitched in yellow! I’d LOVE a TurboFire one!! And sorry, this can’t be bought at this time, but my sis @chalenejohnson says “just be at Camp do More!!”  I am bringing an extra suitcase JUST for all this sweet stuff!! My sister is SO mega talented in SO many areas, including fashion design!! p.s. This is that “skinny mirror” in her house. My thighs are MUCH bigger (and proud of it!)
