Next month for customers & us coaches who have a Club membership ($38 per quarter as of right now), Beachbody will have most of their fitness programs & corresponding meal plans available to be streamed from our phones, iPads, etc- whenever you have wi-fi . The newer programs will only be on DVD.

As a coach who qualified for early access to this, I’ve been using this already! It’s SO much more convenient to just open my phone & get to work!

This is just some of my tricep fun today!

And no, you don’t need to do your tricep push-ups on your fists, my wrists are just too sore to be in that position right now (thanks to all the Snowboarding falls!)

Total Body Home Gym Workout

Today’s total body ‪‎home gym‬ workout fueled by ‪E‬&E and inspired by a ‎crossfit wod‬.
21-15-9

  • 21 push-ups
  • 21 Kettlebell high swings
  • 21 burpees
  • Then 2nd round do 15 of each, then 3rd round do 9 of each.
  • Do 12 weighted lunges (6 each leg) in between each round. You can use dumbbells. I used a 75# barbell. Go lighter if you are new to lunges. Advanced: go heavier & make that back knee touch!

TIP: Do the Kettebell swings after push-ups otherwise I personally think it’s too much upper-body repetition to do the push-ups into the burpees.

A Work In Progress

Work In ProgressDeadlifts & toes to bar!! And yes, I know I still swing too much!!.. hence the title “work in progress”
And yes, this one was sped up unlike the last video I posted.

Here was the workout:
10 deadlifts, 10 toes to bar
9 deadlifts, 9 toes to bar
8 deadlifts, 8 toes to bar
And so on until you reach 1

No breaks if you can help it!
Warmup before & stretch after, of course! And I used 115 lbs. If *toes to the bar* is too tough, bring your knees up to your elbows instead.

Today was a running and back day. I did 3 sets of these rows with 45# dumbbells, among other things like cablerows and lat PullDowns then a 30min run followed by my stretch & shake.

This was my first time. It was a Max30 & leg day so I wore my new knee sleeves by RockTape! With plyo jumping & squatting heavy weight, I’m game for anything that can “save” my knees a little! They did seem to improve my lateral support & blood flow.
