20 tucks on #TRX or #StabilityBall
20 straight leg lifts (w/weight or med ball)
20 Mtn Climbers on #TRX or with #PiYoSliders
20 bicycle abs (right +left =1)
20 crunches on tailbone (knees up)
20 oblique (alternating sides) tucks on TRX or using piyo strength plates/sliders
