Here is a good Leg day routine to try out. Hope you enjoy!

Leg Day3 Sets of:

  • 20 Speed Skaters (right + left =1)
  • 12-16 Bulgarian Lunges 20# Dumbbells

3 Sets of

  • 16 Jumpbing Lunges (right + left =1)
  • 16-20 Hip Thrusts 55# Barbell

3 Sets of

  • 16-20 Hamstring Curls on Ball
  • 20 Sumo Squats 25#dumbells

3 Sets of

  • 12-16 Cable Kick-backs 50#
  • 8-12 Hamstring Curl Machine
  • 12-16 Leg Extensions

*Down Chocolate Recover within 15-30 minutes

OF COURSE warmup before you do this & modify it as needed. But the 1-minute drill should be INTENSE FOR YOU (whatever intense looks like for you!👌🏽)

During those cleans, my right arm was 1000% all into it & my left arm was like taking a nap just along for the ride. I literally stopped to give it a dirty look at one poin

This isn’t just about biceps..

more_than_bicepsFirst off, we had to film a few times because my husband Matt couldn’t stop laughing at himself.

But what I really want to say here is how cool it is that he’s as dedicated to his fitness as ever, even given the diagnosis of a rare heart condition last year where he can no longer do intense HIIT workouts or heavy lifting. He has a hereditary heart valve issue. We almost lost his brother last year to this same condition & Matt lost his dad in High School due to this condition. Our son has been tested & is in the clear. 

Even though intense workout were Matt’s passion for YEARS, he never feels sorry for himself (just focuses on lighter weights, more reps, way less intensity & even better nutrition) since there are SO many people who have it way worse.


Another reason not to judge how people workout, you never know what they’re dealing with and/or overcoming.

Functional fashion!

Webinar-ready on top,  workout-ready on bottom, and I have my flip flops on so I’m pedicure-ready!  I may get some mean stares but I have goals, lots of people I aim to help daily & bigger concerns than how others might judge me. I hope you are on your own mission too!

About my “What does a beachbody coach do?” video

I created a video today “a day in the life of a Beachbody coach ” And I was saying in the video how I’ll have this left-over salad and shakeo on the drive home from the lake while reading messages from my team (of course Matt is driving).. but this morning we also waterskied 🚤—<|🏄, wake surfed, worked out & chilled. Tried to catch it all on video.

My life is by NO means even remotely perfect & ‘ish still happens no matter what my level of success or income, but I do LOVE what I do. In the video, I showed my not-so-cute early morning, unedited self & explained what I do from the time I wake up.

Try Something New

Seriously! There’s more to life and you’ll never know until you step a bit outside your comfort zone…

try something newI graduated with my Bachelors and started my Human Resources career. My husband and I did ok. We made ends meet and just tried to be the best parents we could be on top of working busy schedules. I was grateful and thought I shouldn’t expect any more, even though I didn’t feel fulfilled and was missing out on a lot with my son! SO GLAD I FOUND and worked my COACHING business! It took passion and consistency over time, but now my life is what *I* make it!
