Do your best and be grateful
I don’t know if this resonates with you but…
..I’ve had to “diet down” for ballet when I was a teen & as an adult for fitness videos & on-stage appearances. There’s so much pressure associated with that… Pressure I put on myself and I hated that pressure (& I usually only lost 3-5 lbs anyway!).
Although I will ALWAYS strive to better my habits, my strength, my eating, I refuse to put any value on myself based on my physical appearance – good or bad. The people you care about MOST, just want to see you healthy & happy!
So do your best & choose to be grateful at EVERY stage.
