I have egg whites (with 1 whole egg) & spinach, usually with avocado, tomatoes & salsa pretty much everyday! Today I skipped salsa but added a little organic shredded cheese. It’s one of my ways of getting in another 25g protein plus the serving of spinach & a healthy fat (1/4 avocado)👌
