I highly recommend morning to get it off your plate. Text a workout partner to get each other up. But if you miss your morning workout, create a 20-30 minute window elsewhere & make it non-negotiable… Turn on some music & start drinking your Energy & Endurance so you get in the mood. You may think you’re too tired & maybe you are, but push play and decide 5-10 minutes into it. Chances are you just needed to START.
