And I’ve been on this healthy journey for MANY years so I do have a lot of tricks and tips to stay on track long-term BUT.. I still have weaknesses ..
1. If tempting foods are in the house, I’ll probably eat them (hunger is irrelevant)
2. On intense lifting days I wanna eat 6000 calories post-workout like Michael Phelps
3. Healthy foods are healthy but portions matter
