See your focusThis may sound dumb🙄, but I really think it’s important to wear a sleeveless top when you’re working your upper body, and shorts when you’re working lower body.

I think it’s highly effective that you SEE your muscles working💪👀!

It helps you realize you ARE working those muscles, maybe helping you isolate better, and if you have a mirror (I love our huge ‪#‎ikea‬ mirrors that just lay on the floor against the wall -$100), you might see muscles you didn’t know you had😳👏!

It’s that little taste of progress that can motivate you to keep going!👊

Not really by choice..
Our new treadmill is stuck on an incline😱 ever since we got it. It makes running SO hard! I know I could run outside but there’s so much ice & I really dislike the COLD. I know my handy husband could fix it but I feel it’s a sign from God saying “You know those goals you have? Let’s go!”

So we’re both rolling with it (literally 😆). Check back with me in the summer to see if I’ve broken a 20-minute 5K race!😂

Girl Trip

Time to start our girls trip!! My sis Chalene Johnson had our car pic us up equipped with ‪#‎Swell‬ bottles of champagne! 🍾

Half of the group is snow boarding today & we’re ‪#‎snowshoeing‬! ❄❄❄ Omg, I don’t know if snow shoeing NORMALLY includes some of the stuff we *chose* to do, but it sure was a blast!
