20 Minute Interval Workout

Do you know what your workout will be tomorrow??

Here was mine today, per your request ☝🏼😊 (see last post). This workout is TOUGH if you do it with a challenging Kettlebell weight and really run *your* fastest 3-min loop🏃‍♀️! I used a 35lb Kettlebell & this video is obviously sped up. It’s only 20min’s, so make the most of it

I did a running & Abs interval, then lifted –bi’s & tri’s 💪🏼

Love my new strappy tank I bought this morning to support the 555fitness organization/charity! They’re just $25 & fit just like my Lululemon that’s probably twice as much☺️. And with these sport bras, a good backless T is always in order ☝🏼🎯😊.

Feeling Accomplished

How late is TOO late to drink pre-workout & workout, in your world?

After 5+ hrs driving & an all day Lacrosse tournament in the cold, I just wanna eat dinner and sit by the fire. But I know if I just drink my pre-workout, I’ll take the 30-45min to workout (THEN eat dinner & sit by the fire🔥..feeling accomplished). Life choices!!😉👊🏼

Improve Your Trouble Zones

Seeing some definition in these legs is super surprising but exciting to me. It only shows up in certain lights though!😏 My legs and booty are where my body stores fat, then it goes to my abs… my arms pretty much stay on the leaner side. ☝🏼Where your body stores fat & tends to build muscle more easily is a matter of GENETICS. But even given genetics, you can certainly still significantly *improve* the appearance of your “trouble zones” with nutrition & training & patience!

 

Built In Fat Burners

Skipping leg day because you want to lose fat first?!?!

No no no. Those leg muscles are some of your BEST built in fat burners.

Some* of what I did for leg day last night. I was using my iPhone remote to film these & not every exercise can safely be done while simultaneously holding that thing down😆. Do you prefer cardio or lifting??

I really like both, averaging about 20-30min of each, about 6 days/week. So yah, no more than 1 hour a day devoted to working out… & some days it’s just a quick HIIT or crossfit WOD & nothing else. There’s no doubt though that if you DO want to build muscle, you don’t need to do as much cardio as I do. I just happen to LIKE cardio for clearing my head & the endorphin rush. And I like feeling like I have the endurance & cardio fitness to keep up with my son & husband on a run 🏃‍♀️or bike ride🚴🏻.
