Kinda boring video ..I know.. but I wanted to show how these SLOW, controlled hamstring curls can be so effective if you really concentrate on isolating the muscle. I do 4 sets of 16 + 3-4 sets of Romanian Deadlifts + 3-4 sets weighted hamstring curls.
My hamstrings are weak because I ignored them for YEARS plus I had a hamstring pull 2 yrs ago, so now it’s time to get to werrrrk!
