This was my quick lunch today in case healthy food pics inspire you to eat better!
I don’t do tuna often but in a time crunch, this is great! Low sodium tuna, mixed with a little mustard & plain Greek yogurt (instead of mayo👌), tomatoes🍅 & some guacamole on a toasted Ezekiel muffin. DELISH!😍

This was a 150-calorie, 18g protein snack! Plain Greek yogurt with Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme Stevia Drop (full drop & some more to taste!)👌 With raspberries (Obviously🙄) & some granola for decoration👌

Sweet afternoon snack– raspberries w/chocolate protein drizzle!!

I used 1/4 scoop of BB Recover for my protein with BCAAs & just mixed it with water until it was a syrup consistency. It was SO GOOD!!
1 purple 💜 & 1/4 Red from the H&C meal plan👍

I found some “Nuts & More” Toffee Crunch peanut butter at GNC & honestly I would’ve loved to just eat it by the spoonful. The thought only CROSSED my mind..

To me, that is an automatic “NO” because it’s SO easy to overdo it on PB!

This was just 1 tablespoon PB (so 90 calories, 6g protein), ~6 raspberries & just 3-4 slices of banana.. Keeping it low in sugar but getting in some fruit! All of this on a toasted Ezekiel muffin👌

For the dressing, I just mashed some raspberries, with water, a little evoo, & stevia (I’m not one that knows all these crazy but yummy dressing recipes; if it takes more than a few minutes & ingredients, I’m out). I’m sure you can see what’s in this but in case not, it’s Spring mix, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, pine nuts & reduced fat feta (because I love feta!)
