Trick Your Sweet Tooth With Low Glycemic Options

Drink water, avoid sweets, blah blah blah!

Yah, it sounds great & we need to do it but I’m here to tell ya you can trick yourself into believing you eat sweets regularly and yet still consume very little sugar.

Here are some of my favorite sweet, but low glycemic, options so that I’m not craving MORE sugar & therefore restoring my ever-powerful sugar addiction, which just turns into mindless snacking & unwanted fat.

Btw, none of these have Sucralose or artificial sweeteners👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼:

1. Almond butter on an apple
2. My greens smoothie
3. Dark chocolate chip (Lily’s brand of chocolate chips) superfood bites
4. Beachbars
5. Coffee (or decaf) with stevia, Bulletproof Brain Octane oil, cinnamon & a little whip ☁️

Do any of these sound appealing or helpful?🤷🏼‍♀️

Mint Chocolate RX Bar

What’s your favorite no-sugar, nothing artificial clean treat (other than Shakeology)?

I think this mint chocolate RX bar might be my new favorite RX bar flavor! There IS some sugar in these but it’s from the dates; still kinda high at 16g but still more nutrient dense than candy, a cookie, a highly processed protein bar, etc. Believe me, I have that stuff on occasion too but am always trying to improve.

There’s no added sugars and no sucralose, maltitol or any other sugar alcohols that upset my stomach either.

Nutrionist friends… what are YOUR thoughts on these as a clean treat?? State your credentials too if you don’t mind. TIA

Delicious Snack: Yogurt and Veggies

WAIT.. this is better than it appears!

The thing that makes this a COMPLETELY delicious snack is the “Opadipity” Greek Yogurt dip in Chipotle Ranch flavor! I’m in LOVE

Idk about your Grocery store, but we got it from Kroger. And that’s Steamed broccoli because I prefer it soft (from a Simple Truth Organic bag that you microwave 4 minutes..don’t judge), avocado & tomatoes .
