My New Starbucks Go-to’s
Unsweetened green tea or an Americano with Coconut Milk ..those are my go-to’s from Starbucks when I go– which is maybe once a week.
I don’t do the skim milk “skinny” lattes anymore because those have at LEAST 15g sugar and the sugar-free syrups make me crave baaaad carbs afterwards and upset my stomach. I used to just do those once a week but now it’s rare.
And yep, I know their coconut milk is less-than-impressive ..but for as little as I have, not an issue in my book.
