Are Mediterranean Tacos a thing??? Or did I just make this up??
I used Siete Foods taco shells which are grain-free & 14g carbs for 2 shells, spring mix🍃turkey burger (but use whatever), PLAIN Greek yogurt for the sour cream -we were out of Tzatziki sauce😢, feta cheese and kalamata olives! Then I drizzled Lemon Garlic dressing by Tessemaes! 🤩

Now hold up☝🏼, don’t get overly excited ☺️.. you can’t expect these wraps to taste like a warm, soft flour tortilla🌯.. they’re NuCo coconut wraps (6g carbs per wrap) from Amazon. If you put all your favorite taco ingredients in, and focus on those tastes and the fact that it’s significantly lower in carbs, you’ll appreciate the taste more & get accustomed to it😉
👉🏼p.s. i use & prefer plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Try it!

I’ve just decided we’re going to have tacos once a week now that I’m in love with these NuCo coconut wraps from Amazon.
They hold together better than the Ezekiel wraps I used to use AND they taste better (kinda sweet and chewy.. vs dry).
