Inviting is hard. Following up is hard.
But I can tell you it’s not NEARLY as hard as some of the other positions/jobs I’ve held in my life.
It’s DEFINITELY not as hard as parenting. Its not as hard as it was living in a 1-bedroom apartment with a toddler commuting every day out of state to work. It’s not as hard as it was to get my degree.
We’ve all done way harder things.
It’s only hard if you’ve told yourself the BS story that you DON’T have something to offer people. Then it seems pointless.
However if you’ve chosen to believe in yourself and what you do and that you can’t control WHO needs it right now; you can only control who you invite & HOW you invite, you’ll feel a weight lifted.
I’d love to hear your a-ha moments and take aways right here.
