One thing I forgot to address…
OIne of the reasons you can’t WAIT for those business “runners” to show up is because they don’t usually just SHOW UP as a runner!
NOPE.
They show up as a good human & it’s up to us to believe in & equip (plug into trainings and our community) EVERYONE that joins us.
Forgive yourself if you didn’t. I have fallen short at times too. NO coach is perfect with this. But re-connect.
A select few of your coaches will experience an a-ha moment at some point & RUN with this!
But you can’t wait -to operate like a Star Diamond leader- until you have those people. You can’t wait. Decide you are a leader and business mentor NOW.
