I love how Alyssa gave some tough love truths! She said “you know that famous quote slow and steady wins the race? Well, slow and steady does NOT win the race in our business model”… and she’s right!

But let me clarify…

This is YOUR business. You can go at any pace you want.

There’s LOTS of benefits of just being in it for the discounts, the community, the self-accountability, as a side hobby, etc.

And there’s NOTHING wrong with that.

However, when you joined, many of you have said you’d love to pay off debt, have a second home, save for your kids college, quit your full-time job, take those first class vacations with the family, etc.

If that is what you want, taking slow and steady action won’t get you there.

In fact, “slow and steady” action is WAY more work. Trust me!

Steady action is great, YES, but not slow. It will take persistent, consistent, strategic action with a FULL THROTTLE mindset that no one can stop. You need to find a way at every hurdle!

It’s taking action aggressively- despite real and perceived obstacles. THAT will get your business on a path to building something that’s bigger than a “side hustle” or hobby money.

It’s always YOUR choice. And it’s never too late to dig in.

But I’d hate for anyone to think that slow and steady action works. The progress will feel SLOW (and not steady at times!) but the actions you take cannot be “slow and steady”.

In order to unlock the best part of the comp plan, you have to help others get into this business plan, plug them into our Coach trainings, help them succeed WITH YOU. To me, helping my Coaches succeed and build a life for themselves and their families is THE MOST rewarding part!
