20 #doubleunders (jump rope doubles) or 50 singles
20 walking deep lunges w/weight plate overhead
20 scissor abs* -touch alternating foot each time
20 #thrusters w/barbell or dumbbells (see my last video)
20 pushups
5 rounds of the above
Modify according to YOUR level.
*On those scissor abs, right left =1 rep.
