Who struggles with cravings?! In the afternoon? After work? At night? When you’re bored? When you’re feeling anxiety? When you’re tired?!
One way I’ve learned to manage that is through fulfilling the nutritional gaps causing those cravings and also tricking my mind to think I really AM having a splurge! My son & husband agreed this LEGIT tasted like a McDonald’s Shamrock Shake!
When I feel restricted & bored with clean eating and salads, even if I am getting the nutrients I need, I’m tempted to splurge simply because I “feel” restricted from fun foods. I had to restrict a LOT as a teen & thankfully those days (& those feelings) are over!
Know when a real splurge is worth it but also find delicious clean cheats that can be had daily because they’re actually HEALTHY !
