Who wants sculpted arms??
Sculpted triceps look good on EVERYONE!
No weights needed:
- Hanging Tricep Dips
- Tricep Push-ups
- Traditional Tricep Dips
Do each exercise 3-4 sets and 8-20 reps each set (until you absolutely cannot do another with good form). Add tricep pushups on your knees or on your feet as well!
